 The good people of Lincoln, MA, asked me to moderate a “Green Forum,” a three-hour town-wide discussion on ways to go green, individually and collectively. With five thousand residents invited, one facilitator, and no preset agenda, how could it not be chaos? Recent Client Work...
 I recently facilitated a Green Economy Roundtable hosted by Rhode Island Governor Carcieri and attended by 120 business, academic, and government leaders. The goal: identifying RI’s top green economy opportunities, and the key initiatives to achieve them, in four hours. “Great session,” said one CEO, “fun, interactive, focused and timely!” Read The Providence Journal story here.

 Partners Community Healthcare, Inc., a network of 6,000 community doctors in Eastern Massachusetts, asked me back this spring to facilitate their second Network Summit to further advance the Vision they created at their first.
