Who are your clients?

Our client list is very diverse. Take a look at our client lists. We work with entrepreneurial businesses, visionary corporations, enterprising nonprofits, and progressive state agencies. Our diverse client list keeps us honest, reminding us that we don’t need to know your industry to help you. In fact, our objectivity and fresh perspective makes us better at what we do.

Where do you work?

We work principally around Boston and the New England area. Sometimes an especially intriguing assignment merits travel, and if not, perhaps our capable associates elsewhere in the world will be able to serve you.

Do you work alone?

Jay frequently works singly, in partnership with his clients. And he frequently brings in an exceptional colleague or two for larger projects.

What are your fees?

Our fees may be based on a project or a day rate. Our day rates follow a sliding scale from our nonprofit rate to our small business rate to our corporate rate. Those familiar with the industry and our experience believe our rates are competitive, if not down right reasonable. Bottom line, our goal is to add more value than we cost.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. Every proposal, and every invoice, carries this guarantee:
• If you are delighted, please tell others!
• If you are satisfied, tell us how we can serve you better.
• If you’re not satisfied, please don’t pay us until you are!
